Every student in PASS is mentored. An adult from the community who offers steady guidance, encouragement, and accountability. Mentors model professionalism and share the lessons that shape success: dressing for impact, interviewing with confidence, and practicing positive social behaviors. Together, mentors and students set goals, track progress, and adjust plans as life changes. This consistent relationship turns advice into action and nurtures the belief that success is possible and expected.

Our mentors listen, coach, and open doors. They help students practice soft skills, manage time, communicate with teachers and employers, and navigate challenges at home and school.

Students gain confidence, resilience, and a personalized plan for what’s next. They learn to advocate for themselves, follow through, and celebrate growth along the way
